When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-5 days of purchase via USPS. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimates for delivery within the U.S. after your order’s been shipped are 4-7 working days for First Class, 3-5 working days for Priority Mail, and 1-3 days for Priority Mail Express. (Estimates may be affected by the COVID-19 public health emergency.)

For International Orders: we ship via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. You will be solely responsible for any taxes or tariffs levied by foreign governments. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking for international orders once the package is outside of the United States. Due to USPS restrictions, we are unable to ship to Cuba (lo siento), Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

My order hasn’t gotten here yet! What do I do?

We do our level best to get your order into your hands as soon as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes delays do occur due to weather, human error, or the odd bit of cosmic interference.

While we cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the postal service, we want to do what we can to make sure you’re happy. Get in touch with us at orders@allthingsaloud.com and we’ll work with you as best we can to make things right.

International Orders:
Distance and customs processing may slow down orders. If you have not received your order within 8 weeks, please contact us at orders@allthingsaloud.com and we’ll work with you as best we can to resolve any issues.

Digital Downloads

How does my download link work?

All music orders include 320 kbps MP3 download links (because why should you wait?).

Your unique download link(s) will show up in your browser as soon as your order is completed. (The link will also be emailed to you in case you ordered on your phone and you need to get to it later.)

Your link will work 3 times and expires after 30 days.

Do you offer downloads in FLAC/WAV/that data cable they used in the Matrix/AIFF?

We may offer additional digital formats in the future. However, at the moment our downloads are only available as 320kbps MP3s.

As for the data-cable-to-your-neck, just give it a few years. It’s inevitable, innit?

Okay, well, while I’m already here asking about additional formats: do you have anything available on cassette?

Payments

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are securely processed by PayPal. No payment information is ever stored on our website.

Issues With Your Order

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, email us at orders@allthingsaloud.com before your order has shipped. Make sure to double-check the confirmation email with your order details, and if there are any discrepancies, get in touch as soon as possible! Once it’s been shipped, we are unable to process any refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.

We’re happy to refund digital downloads within 24 hours of purchase, and only if your unique download link has not been used.

I tried to place an order and saw “Internal Server Error” on the checkout page. What do I do?

The internet’s a weird place and, unfortunately, hiccups do happen. As the name suggests, something funky happened with our web host at the exact time you tried to place your order.

If you see “Internal Server Error” after submitting your order, don’t hit the Place Order button a second time, as you might end up placing a duplicate order (and get charged for it).

Shoot us an email at orders@allthingsaloud.com to let us know if you saw this error. (And if you did get double charged, we’ll process a refund for the duplicate order immediately.)

What do I do if my order is defective or damaged?

Email us at orders@allthingsaloud.com and let us know what happened. Please include photos of the damage and your invoice in your email.
