As has been mentioned several times, there is no Sox game. Not only is this a welcome repreive from pulling your hair out because they’re 6½ games behind Tampa Bay in the wild card race, this also means there is plenty of parking in the rear at Church.

While you’re perusing this internet and that internet, The Deli had some nice things to say about Exile last night that’s worth a read.
Exile, the band’s new LP, is dark and densely orchestrated. Acoustic piano and horns cast deep overtones over the traditional rock instruments and lend the songs a weight altogether new to the band…. If this much of a departure in the studio produced such a rich and interesting result, their always-electric live performance will be all the more memorable given the new material.

See you all tonight at Church!
