After over a year of working away in the studio with producer Daniel Nicholas Daskivich, Aloud is happy to announce the arrival of their third full length album: Exile. Aloud’s follow-up to the critically acclaimed Fan The Fury is set to drop this Fall, followed by a coast-to-coast national tour that begins with at the 2010 CMJ Music Marathon. Venues as far as Colorado, Washington, and California have already been booked with more to follow. Like their previous efforts, Exile will be self-released under the Lemon Merchant Records imprint.
You don’t have to wait till the Fall to get dibs on the album! Pre-orders for Exile are now being accepted exclusively on Kickstarter.com, but only until August 9th. For $15, you’ll receive a copy of the album on CD and MP3 as well as previously unreleased bonus tracks. (And you’ll get your copy of the record before the general public does!)
Pre-ordering is just one way to help Aloud reach their $5,000 fundraising goal. Pledging higher amounts entitles you to a variety of rewards like Aloud’s entire back catalog, your name in the liner notes, a private performance from the band, or even one of Henry and Jen’s guitars! All the details can be found on Aloud’s Kickstarter page: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/778420194/aloud-presents-exile-the-new-album-and-national-to
All pledges over $15 will receive a copy of Exile. Money received through the Kickstarter campaign will help pay for album production and tour costs.
As always, your generosity and support of Aloud is greatly appreciated.
